Menus are offered as a pair. Both meals each week.

The delivery is a preset location, day and time

When placing order please include: 

·       cell phone number

·       pickup location

·       indicate portion size. Large portion (4/5 servings, $160) or small portion (2+ servings, $85)

·       any substitutions, please see below

Menu 1. Sunday 7 delivery (order by Thursday, 8pm)

Soup:     Butternut Soup, Pomegranate Garni

Entrée:      Pork tenderloin roulade. Apple fennel pecan Stuff

Veg:           Antipasti Salad. Mozz, tomato, romaine, sdt, olives,              oregano Vinaigrette

Starch:        Spätzle dumpling, lemon, ham, broth

  

Meal 2 

Soup:     Chicken Consommé with Bok Choy     

Entrée:       Chicken Meatballs, brodo 

Veg:            Spinach, Carrot bias, Zaatar

Starch:         Egg noodles, parsley, tomato, onion, parm      

 

Menu 2. Sunday 14 delivery (order by Thurs, 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:    Tomato Bisque with 9 grain thickening (no cream)

Entrée:  Baked grilled eggplant parm, tomato, mozz, 

Veg:        Cauliflower puree, potato, milk, xvoo

Starch:     Kombocha squash, apple roast

 

Meal 2

Soup:     Shrimp Curry

Entrée:     Chicken, breast stuffed.  Swiss charr, turkey bacon, gf panko

Veg:          Broccoli and Cauliflower xvoo garlic

Starch:  Twice roasted Idaho potato, crispy, low calorie

 

Menu 3. Sunday 21 delivery (order by Thurs, 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:     Turkey rice, celery, onion, carrot

Entrée:       Shrimp Nantucket (Scampi). tomato, scallion, Dijon

Veg:           Tomato crowns, (parm, lemon) and Asparagus

Starch:        Sweet potato mashed

 

Meal 2

Soup:     Chicken dumpling. Celery, carrot, onion

Entrée:        Salmon, ginger, leek, little spice

Veg:             Root vegetables

Starch:         Rice pilaf, diced celery, carrot, onion

 

Menu 4.  Sunday 28 delivery (Order by Thurs, 8pm)

Soup:        French onion soup. No gratin

Entrée:       Mixed Grill; Beef, chix, sausage

Veg:            Broccolini, carrot julieene 

Starch:        Risotto lemon, Kale, parsley, parm

 

Meal 2

Soup:     Mushroom Soup

Entrée:      Tuscan Chicken. sdt, spin, basil, Dijon, garlic

Veg:           Haricot Vert, snap pea, red onions

Starch:      White bean, soprasatta, celery, carrot

February 2021

Menus for Feb. 2021: Sun: 7,14,21,28

Menu 1. Sunday 7 delivery ( order by Thursday, 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:       Chicken with rice. Mirepoix, garlic, herbs, lemon 

Entrée:     Roast Whole Chicken. Rosemary Jus. Leg bone 

Veg:         Chic pea, carrot, spinach, almond roast

Starch:     Butternut squash half-moons. Vermont Maple and pears

Meal 2 

Soup:         Seafood Bisque. Shellfish with vegetables, herbs. No cream. Sherry

Entrée:       Pork tenderloin parsley dry rub, Au Jus. Black pepper, tarragon, stock

Veg:           Carrots with Oregano and garlic XVOO

Starch:       Arborio Rice (no butter), asparagus, Reggiano 

 

Menu 2. Sunday 14 delivery (order by Thurs, 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:       Minestrone: beef broth, celery, carrot, peppers, onion, garlic, herbs, bay leaf

Entrée:     Turkey meatloaf.  80% Turkey, 20% pork, onions, herbs, eggs, breadcrumbs, chili sauce

Veg:          Broccoli xvoo, garlic(sub red onion, zucchini, carrots)

Starch:      Sweet potato fries, baked 

 

Meal 2

Soup:       Pasta fagioli.  White bean, herbs, mire poix

Entrée:     Mixed Grill: Beef, Chicken, sausages 

Vege:        Cauliflower gratin, Mozzarella, cheddar,                                  cream, parm, herbs 

Starch:      Hand Made purple Gnocchi. Peru potato, flour, egg

Menu 3. Sunday 21 delivery (order by Thurs, 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:       Black bean corn cilantro. Onion, jalapeno (light), celery

Entrée:     Scrod with lemon and white wine, Dill 

Veg:          Julienne vegetables. Zucchini, carrot, red onion, xvoo

Starch:      Cauliflower Risotto. Onions, stock, parm

 

Meal 2

Soup:       Miso dashi scallion Unami broth

Entrée:     Chicken Gochujang ginger paste, stock

Veg:         Mushroom, string bean 

Starch:     Black rice: celery, fennel and eggplant

 

Menu 4.  Sunday 28 delivery (Order by Thurs, 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:        New England chowder/broth. Clams, potato, herbs, leek, carrot, celery, flour

Entrée:     Walnut crust Turkey loin, pancetta

Veg:          English peas, carrots, small onions 

Starch:      Faro orange spinach, baby onion

 

Meal 2

Soup:        Tomato rice, chicken broth 

Entrée:     Pot-roast traditional style, Chuck roast 

Veg:         Cauliflower roast, herbs, spray xvoo

Starch:      Stuffed potato. Scallion, parm, sour cream, turkey bacon, xvoo

January 2021

Menus for Jan. 2021: Sun: 10, 17. 24, 31

Week 1. January 10th delivery (place order by Thursday, Jan 7th 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:            Broccoli Soup: broccoli, Spanish onions, garlic, herbs,  Worcester Sc, chicken stock.

Entrée:          Chicken Roasted: organic whole chicken separated and leg bone only. rosemary, thyme, orange sauce

Veg:   Roasted Root Veggies: parsnip, carrot, onion, parsley, sherry vinegar

Starch:          Couscous: cucumber, lemon couscous, chicken stock, parsley, yogurt

 

Meal 2

Soup:           Mexican Chicken Pozole Soup chicken, carrots, onions, celery, cilantro, corn

Entrée:         Pork Loin Poblano Chili Glazed w natural Jus specify if you would like w/o spicy glaze

Vege:   Browned Brussel Sprouts turkey bacon, lemon zest

Starch:          Jasmine Rice with Mirepoix onion, celery, carrots, parsley

 

Week 2. January 17th delivery (place order by Thurs, Jan 14th 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:             Pepper Pot Soup Hearty broth stew meat, onions, carrots, peppers, rosemary, garlic

Entrée:           Chicken Marsala oyster and shiitake mushrooms, parsley 

Vegetable:   Asparagus with some red onion

Starch:          Butternut Squash Roasted scallion, seeds and pomegranate

 

Meal 2

Soup:             PEI Mussel Saffron Soup with leeks and roma tomatoes 

Entrée:           Grilled Hanger Steak and Chicken Thyme Sausage

Vegetable:   Julienne Zucchini with leeks and carrots 

Starch:            Basmati Mint Rice

  

Week 3. January 24st delivery (place order by Thurs, Jan 21st 8pm)

Meal 1

Soup:            Split Pea  (No Ham) w  homemade croutons and carrots

Entrée:          Organic Salmon Ginger Lemon Seared

Vege:   Ratatouille   eggplant, zucchini, tomato, Spanish onion, rosemary, xvoo

Starch:           Crispy Potato Triangle

 

Meal 2

Soup:            Potato Leek Leeks, Idaho potato, garlic, herbs

Entrée:          Spinach Stuffed Chicken Roulade / Chicken galantine with Pan Jus

Veg:   Mushroom Mélange with Tomato Julienne

Week 4.  January 31st delivery (place order by Thurs, Jan 28th 8pm)

Entrée:          Scrod Scampi, panko crust

Veg:              Roasted Cauliflower, Old Bay Seasoning

Starch:          Kombucha Baked Squash with vanilla, lime, turbinado syrup

Soup:             Rhode Island Clam Chowder Broth

Entrée:          Penne Vodka with Chicken Sausage onions, ricotta, tomato, cream

Vegetable:   Spaghetti Squash with parsley and XVOO
